Judder does not collect, transmit, or share any information about you or your use of the app. There is no account to create, no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising, and no third-party SDK of any kind.
The app contains no networking code. It cannot send anything anywhere, because nothing in it is capable of making a network request.
The haptic patterns you author and your engine settings are saved on your device, inside Judder's own private app container. That storage is:
If your device backs up to iCloud or to a computer, that backup is handled by Apple under Apple's terms rather than by Judder.
Exporting produces an AHAP file or a Swift snippet. Where it goes next is entirely your choice, made through the standard iOS share sheet. Judder has no destination of its own and receives no copy.
Judder requests no permissions. It does not access your camera, microphone, photos, contacts, location, or health data. It plays haptics and audio, and nothing else.
Judder is a developer tool rated 4+. Because it collects nothing from anyone, it collects nothing from children.
If this policy ever changes, the revised version will be posted at this address with a new date above. Judder collecting no data is a property of how the app is built, so any change here would follow a change in the app itself.
